Templates
Messages you write once and reuse a thousand times, with variables standing in for whatever changes from person to person.

Writing a template
- Press New template and pick the type (connection, message, follow-up, InMail).
- Write the text, putting variables where the content changes:
Hi {{firstName}}, I saw that {{company}} works on… - Save it with a name that tells you what it is for.
- In the workflow, on the message node, pick this template.
Why messages have to differ from each other
Booost checks that two outgoing messages are not too similar, and blocks the ones that are. This is not fussiness: sending the exact same text to fifty people is the most recognisable signal there is, and the fastest way to get an account restricted.
Variables help, but they are not enough on their own: two sentences that differ only by a name are still two identical sentences. A template with two or three alternative openings is worth far more than a perfect template used the same way every time.
